Chris Mark is one of the teachers of XSD classes, and is in fact one of the lead creators of the art. XSD (Xtreme Skills Development) is an incorporation of acrobatics, fight choreography, and martial arts moves.
The official XSD website, www.xsd.ca states that their missions is the "pursuit of human excellence through the exploration of the body, mind, and spirit."
There are many different locations where XSD is taught in Toronto, including Sunny Tang's scarborough wushu location. Only some of the locations have the acrobatics equipment necessary for performing many of the flips and other aerial techniques.
